Plasma spray process is accomplished by means of generating an ionized flame. Its temperature varies between 8.000º and 15.000º C and it is produced by the methods of electric arc and special gases within the gun. This combination produces thermal plasma, known as the fourth state of matter. High temperature along with high velocity that material is sprayed ensures the coating quality.
